Service Providers
Usage and environment conditions will turn your appliances dusty and dirty. This results in poor performance. It is recommended that your air-conditioning system is serviced at least twice a year by a qualified technician apart from regular cleaning. This will not only improve your air-conditioning system performance, but will also prolong the life span of your air-conditioner.
(1) Scope of Work for General Servicing:
Check air conditioner's operating condition.
Dismantle cover, air filter, drain pan, fan rotor and wash with water.
Clear drainage pipe thoroughly.
Wipe dry entire air-conditioner component.
Assemble air-conditioner components back to original positions.
Check the operating condition and temperature.
(2) Scope of Work for Chemical Flushing:
Check the air conditioner's operating condition.
Dismantle cover, air filter, drain pan, fan rotor to wash with water.
Remove the coil, drain it with water, thereafter, flushed it with chemical solution to clear off stubborn stains.
Wash the coil using water until no bubbles surface.
Clear the drainage pipe thoroughly.
Dry the entire component with cloth.
Assemble air-conditioner components back to original positions.
Vacuum system for approximately 30 minutes.
Check the operating condition and temperature.
In addition to the planned and reactive maintenance, we provide a call out service, enabling clients to contact us on our duty technicians 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in the event of emergencies.
To support our maintenance operation, Infinite Excel Team services has the capability of carrying out mechanical & electrical installations, system modifications and fit out works, providing clients with a total building services engineering solution.
